                                              General information for Dosbarth Coch

• PE days are a Thursday - PE kit to be kept in school (plain white t shirt or polo shirt, black jogging bottoms or shorts, trainers). 

• Please return home reading books to Dosbarth Coch once your child has read the book and a parent has signed the yellow reading record. The children can return their book daily if they have read it.

• We are a healthy school, so we ask for daily bottles with water and a healthy snack. Please could these be labelled with your child’s name. PLEASE cut grapes into quarters and no nuts for snack.

• Please could all belongings be labelled including jumpers and cardigans.

• All Y1 and Y2 children have lockers to store their belongings in.

Our new topic for September is What is Happiness? This will be for the first 3 weeks of term.

Our second topic is called Beddau and Beyond. Dosbarth Coch will be learning about the History and Geography of Beddau and surrounding areas. If you or a family member have any artefacts, photographs or information you can share we would love to hear from you.

We highly value school/parent relationships, we are always here to help if you have any queries or concerns. Remember a problem shared is often a problem solved.
